On our property we are organically growing hops. Though not certified organic, we stick to permaculture principles as we believe this to be the most effective and common sense path to take.

Some of the varieties include Pride of Ringwood (sourced from local historical hops farms from the pemberton region), Williamette, Perle, Hallertau, Wuertemberger, Cascade, and Nugget.

The most succesful have been PoR, Williamette and Cascade.
